From the 13th to the 14th of November Indonesia’s leading dermatologists came together at the Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, Jakarta’s major educational hospital. The event’s key topic was the future of phototherapy in the region.

Over 250 million people make Indonesia the world’s fourth most populous country. The 17,508 islands present a tough challenge to provide national coverage with state of the art phototherapy systems. Dorothea Schübel (Director Marketing) and Tim Wiegmann (COO) provided technical know-how of modern phototherapy devices to Indonesia’s experts. Especially the latest technological breakthroughs of photodynamic therapy devices were met with great interest. MEDlight is excited about the opportunity to establish a reliable and efficient phototherapy infrastructure in Indonesia.
